No. WorkTelemetry only reads administrative and audit logs that customers explicitly connect — Okta sign-ins, Google Reports usage counts, Slack audit logs (Enterprise Grid), MDM check-ins. We do not capture screenshots, keystrokes, browser history, message bodies, file contents, or document content.
A seat is one active employee being telemetry'd in a given month. Inactive / suspended directory entries don't count. You can cap your spend by adjusting the license_count in Settings.
Yes — anytime, mid-cycle. Upgrades pro-rate immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you don't lose retained data.
Subscription ends at the period end. Raw events purge per your tier's retention window. You can export anything via the Reports page or the Pulse API before cancelling.
